Who is behind the Comeback Guide?

Meet Your Productivity Bestie!

Hi, I’m Tatyana 👋

I’m a social media strategist from South Florida, and I’ve been working from home since 2019. Since then, I’ve struggled with keeping a steady routine, balancing work, fitness, and healthy eating. Working from home pushed me to be more intentional about how I spend my days, and honestly, the last few years have been a real journey of trial and error.

Out of that journey, The Comeback Guide was born! I wanted to create a space for people like me, those who wrestle with routine, who struggle with self-discipline, and who need a better way to stay accountable and motivated. This guide is for those of us in the love-hate cycle of productivity, constantly restarting but still showing up anyway.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your why, and find practical ways to make showing up for yourself feel possible!

Let’s start from the beginning…again.

Reset → Refocus → Rebuild

One of the hardest parts of productivity is forgiving yourself when you fall off track. We tell ourselves we’ve failed when really all we’ve done is pause. Every pause is an invitation to begin again.

So, to start off this journey, I want to focus on the 3 R’s Method. A simple way to reset your day whenever you feel like failed before you even truly started.

The 3 R’s:

  • Reset: Write down what went wrong or what you’re carrying. Guilt, distractions, anxiety. Get it out of your head and onto paper.

  • Refocus: Pick just one thing to move forward on. Not ten, not five — one.

  • Rebuild: Write a gentle affirmation to yourself. Something like: “Progress over perfection.” or “I’m not failing, I’m restarting.”

I like resetting this way because it clears out the noise in my head, which is constant pressure to do everything all at once. Instead of drowning in a hundred half-starts, it reminds me that setting priorities is important and realistic.

You don’t need to wait for Monday, or next month, or the mythical “perfect time.” You can restart at 2:47 p.m. on a random Wednesday, and when you do, you’re not weak, you’re only proving to yourself that you’re still reaching for better!
